Surprise! Happy Birthday Brock

Since we Are moving and Brock has to leave all his good friends, we thought it would be fun to throw him a surprise Birthday Party! I can't believe with all the planning and scheming he didn't have a hunch something was up. I had 6 of his friends help me with fliers, decorations, food and cupcakes (thanks Trisha). It was soo fun to see Bro. Mortensen drop him off at the park "to babysit his kids" and we all yell surprise- he looked so confused! Thanks to Miss Lexi, Kiersten, Tanner, Derek, Lizzy, Kendra and Moms- Tina, Shari, and I mentioned Trish too for helping me out, and a big "Thank You" to Jean-Bean The Planning Queen who gave me ideas and recipies from afar!

A Girl Day!

Since we had a "Fall Break" this year, we decided it would be fun to have some friends over for some "girly" fun! Masks are a MUST for any "girl day"- Thanks Bridgette!

And then of course- nothing like getting your "groove" on!- even Brock got in on that fun!

And a yummy breakfast- fit for a princess...or even 5 princesses!!

Football Season

'tis the season....cooler nights (except in Tucson-HA), my boys gone until dinner everynight- stinky socks, shoes and shoulder pads left by the front door-games, games, games and oh yea, more games! I know what my boy's jersey number is this year, AND what positions he plays (yes, you should be proud),which is by the way Nose Guard, Right Guard, Center, and oh darn, I think there's one more. He was so cute the last game as one of the Captians leading his teamates in drills and warm-up excercises. I'm just so darn proud of this kid. I can't believe he will be 15 in one month.- WOW! I love you Brock

We got our HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moons are moving to Pleasant Grove!

We finally have a house in Utah after many hours of searching on the internet, Offers on over 7 hhouses, many coke zeros, David annoying his poor realator for hours on end dragging her to hundreds of houses in Utah County we finally have our house. This is a picture of it a few years ago from the county website. We had tried to offer these people a few times over the last few week and they had actually became frusterated and took the house off of the market, we came back with a verbal and they accepted! We are excited to have all of you to our house in Pleasant Grove.

If my last post affended anyone, I am sorry and if it affended my sweet wife I am even more sorry! This is David again and I just want to say that what I did was stupid and I should not have even done that. I had heard of another husband that had done that and it sounded like fun.

In reality there has never been a husband more fond of his wife. I am madly in love with her and I personally find her to be the smartest, sweetest, sexiest and most spiritual women that I have ever met. The four S's. I hope that my son will find someone like her and that my daughters will grow up to just like her.

It is coming to an end!

Well some of you have probably know for awhile that it would probably happen sooner or later and it is happening sooner. David and I have decided to split up and see how things go. He and I just came from different backgrounds and after 16 years it is apparent that we will never see eye to eye. I still love him but it is kind of like the love that you have for your dog that get's ran over and only has three legs and one eye. David is going to be moving to Utah with his new position and I have decided that it is best for me and the kids to stay in Tucson where we feel at home. I have found a great position working at a dental office and the kids are going to be able to stay at their schools, Yeah!!!!!!

Miranda's Blog has just been hi-jacked by David! Sorry none of what you just read is true I just wanted to see if you would actually believe it or not. When Miranda reads this I am going to be dead. So please do not tell her! Love Peace and Chicken Grease!

Yes I know it has been awhile since I did a post, and (sob sob) so sad, when we went to Utah I LOST my camera! I hadn't even down loaded my old pictures before we went and I had all sorts of blogging to do.....so....... I've been spying David looking at cameras on E-Bay, so hopefully, we'll be back up and running soon! Untill then, we miss you all!

Birthday Blues

What's worse than being SICK on your Birthday???? Here is the B-day girl- running a fever and TRYING to get excited about birthday cake! So sad! Earlier on durring the day (after pumped up on Motrin) I asked her what she wanted to do on her day and she said "go to the $1 store and ride the rides" -We happened to be at the $1 store LAST year on her birthday and so I let her ride the rides...(you know the dumb .50 rides they put out front of the store so your kids bug you the ENTIRE visit-like WHO has extra time to ride those dumb things anyway???) I guess it has become tradition. Aren't I a mean Mom...I only let my kids ride those rides once a year, on their birthday........enough said.......

And then, this is how we end the Birthday. "DON"T TAKE MY PICTURE" ...the fever must be back! Happy Birthady Kendal- my big girl! 5 years old and ready for kindergarten next fall!!!
